You must be at least 21 years old to purchase firearms, ammunition, or certain accessories from our Site.
By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all age and legal requirements under applicable law.

All transactions for firearms and related items must comply with federal, state, and local laws.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable regulations.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We accept only approved payment methods listed on our Site. Orders are not final until payment is processed and confirmed.

4. Firearm Transfers

Firearms can only be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have a valid copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL before shipment.
All transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a background check through NICS.

5. Returns and Refunds

All firearm and ammunition sales are final. Accessories may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Brady’s Custom Arms or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brady’s Custom Arms is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, products, or services.
