Last Updated: August 05, 2025
At Brady’s Custom Arms, we take pride in the quality of our products and our compliance with federal firearm regulations.
Due to the nature of our business, certain items cannot be returned. Please review this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Firearms and Ammunition
All sales of firearms, serialized parts, and ammunition are final.
Once a firearm is transferred to you via completion of ATF Form 4473 and a successful NICS background check,
it cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.
2. Accessories and Non-Serialized Items
Non-serialized accessories (such as optics, holsters, and parts) may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery
if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will work with you and the manufacturer to arrange a repair, replacement, or warranty claim.
4. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at brady@bradyscustomarms.com with your order number,
item details, and reason for return. We will provide instructions if your return is approved.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
6. Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
